Tyler Walker began teaching English in 2002. Since then, he has taught at Chadwick High School, Ozark High School, Ozarks Technical Community College, and Drury University. He has master’s degrees from Missouri State University in English Education and Educational Leadership.
He became the high school principal at Seymour in 2024. He decided to become an administrator because he wanted to help people be successful. He loves getting to know people, finding out what inspires them, and working alongside them to help make their vision a reality.
He and his wife, Cassie, live on a small farm in Oldfield with their two sons, Isaac and Isaiah, and two nieces, Amera and Sacred.
